Refund policy
- Returns will only be accepted within 14 days of dispatch. If 14 days have gone by since dispatch, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- Returns must be in as new condition
- Customer accept shipping payment of return
- We DO NOT accept returns for change of mind or incorrectly placed orders as our artwork are printed to your specific order.
- Subscription must also be cancelled at time of return request.
- Subscriptions must be cancelled before the 15th of that month to avoid being charged for the coming month.
